Valid credit card details will be taken at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Payment will not be taken until arrival at which time you will pay the full amount of your stay. If your stay is longer than 1 week, you will be required to pay weekly in advance thereafter.
If you wish to cancel, you must give us 48 hours notice prior to arrival, if not a 50% charge will apply for the full cost of the stay.
IMPORTANT
The keys and street parking permit must be left at the apartment before departure. If not, a charge of £100 will be added to your bill.
