Terms & conditions

"Client" is the person who arranges the accommodation at the property. They may also be the guest.
"Apartment or Property" is the specific property in which the Client resides.
"Inventory" is a schedule of Furniture and Fittings, including its condition. This can be taken at the beginning and end of the accommodation period. They are useful in preventing deposit disputes.

Miscellaneous
At all times, the number of occupants must not exceed the number for which beds are provided.

Clients should be aware that they will be liable for any damages or breakages caused whilst in the accommodation. Millburn Apartments will take an inventory of all items in the property. Any damages or breakages must be reported, and where necessary, paid for before or after departure.

The apartment keys and street parking permits must be left at the apartment before departure. If these items are not left at the apartment, either diliberately or by mistake, a charge of £100 will be added to your bill.

Booking process
Millburn Apartments must confirm availability with the Client before confirming any reservations. Upon confirmation, valid credit card details will be taken to guarantee your stay. Payment will not be taken until arrival, at which time the full amount of the stay must be paid. If the stay is longer than one week, the Client will be required to pay weekly in advance thereafter.

Millburn Apartments will require full payment of the reservation unless stated otherwise upon confirmation.

The Client will be issued with a booking confirmation and receipt of full payment will be given upon receipt of funds.

We will then provide the Client with the property terms and conditions along with key and parking permits.

Any person booking on behalf of a guest shall be termed the Client and will be held liable under these Terms and Conditions.

Booking confirmations
No reservation is confirmed unless the Client has received a booking confirmation from Millburn Apartments. Booking confirmations will be confirmed on receipt of valid credit card details or unless stated otherwise.

Prices
Prices stated on the Millburn Apartments website are a guide only. Exact prices for specific dates will be confirmed by Millburn Apartments upon enquiry. Millburn Apartments reserve the right to amend any prices stated on the website at any time. Prices quoted are for accommodation only and any extras are not included in the stated price and will consequently be charged to the Client as appropriate.

Currency and exchange rates
All prices and currencies stated on the website will be charged in pounds sterling.

Payment procedure
Millburn Apartments requires full payment for the duration of the Client's stay prior to, or on arrival, to the property. No accommodation will be provided at check-in unless Millburn Apartments have received funds. If a stay is longer than 1 week, the Client will be required to pay weekly in advance thereafter. Failure to pay in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions may result in retraction of reserved accommodation.

Payment methods
Millburn Apartments accept all major credit cards.

Amendments to reservations
Amendments to reservations can be made on all reservations. However, please note that Millburn Apartments does not accept any responsibility for lack of availability that may become apparent at time of an amendment. An amendment to a reservation does not include a cancellation of a reservation.

Cancellations
Notice of cancellation must be given 48 hours prior to arrival. If a cancellation is given within the 48 hours prior to arrival, a 50% charge will apply for the full cost of the stay.

Extensions to reservations
If the Client wishes to extend the reservation period as set out in the original confirmation, or during their stay, the Client must do so by notifying Millburn Apartments immediately and confirming the extension prior to the date of the original departure. This can only be arranged if the subsequent extension period does not coincide with other bookings.

Privacy and Personal data
Millburn Apartments does not disclose personal data to third parties other than as permitted.

Force Majeure
Millburn Apartments shall not be liable to any person by reason of any delay or failure to perform any of the Millburn Apartments obligations under the contract if the delay or failure was due to circumstances or cause beyond our control. Millburn Apartments is not responsible for any loss or damages that occur during a Client's stay. Millburn Apartments is not liable or responsible for any personal harm that may occur during a Client's stay.
